By purchasing you agree to all of the following:
ORDER PROCESSING
Every effort is made to process and ship your order the same or next business day. Any orders received after 1pm will be processed the next business day, Not including Holidays and Weekends. However, because we are a manufacturer of over 400+ parts, we may be temporarily backordered on a part(s). Due to high volume, sometimes delays may occur and it may take up to 7-10 business days to ship your order once your payment has cleared. In the rare event of any further delays or backorders we will notify you with the option for a "no questions asked order cancellation.
TAX
Florida residents will be charged 7% state sales tax as required by law on any item(s) that are shipped to a Florida address unless a current and proper Sales Tax Certificate is supplied. All orders outside of Florida will NOT be charged tax.
SHIPPING
Combined Shipping
We gladly combine shipping on multiple orders. Do not pay for items until all your shopping is completed; items and shipping will be combined at checkout.
SHIP TO ADDRESS & BILL TO ADDRESS
Some people have conflicting addresses and names between eBay and PayPal. We ship and Bill to the PayPal "Buyers" Name and Address..
Domestic Shipments
You have the right to choose your carrier, but if an item has "Free Shipping" or "Discounted Shipping" we will select the carrier. You are responsible for the shipping costs when you select your preferred carrier. USPS Priority Mail and USPS 1st Class Mail usually delivers within 2-3 business days, but in some cases can take up to 2-4 weeks for both domestic and international shipments. Please select your carrier wisely, lower prices do not always guarantee "Good Service". CSSB, Inc is not responsible for shipping service transit times. We provide shipping Tracking Numbers whenever possible. All orders shipped via USPS are insured for the value of the contents only. If your item(s) are lost or damaged in transit, the insurance will reimburse the contents, but the customer is responsible to pay the additional postage charges for the new item(s) to be re-shipped.
International Shipments
ALL International Shipments require a phone number in order to ship. Taxes/duties may apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay. The carrier may ask to collect taxes/duties upon delivery. For an estimate of these charges, we suggest you contact your local parcel carrier office or local government. USPS Parcel Post may take up to 2-4 weeks or longer for delivery after the items have been shipped. We will not mark any items as gift or sample. A Tracking number or "live" tracking is not always provided by your carrier once items are shipped. Please select your carrier wisely, lower prices do not always guarantee "Good Service". RETURNS
Returns on new, uninstalled, resalable parts and accessories in the original packaging (except electrical items) are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. There will be NO returns on electrical items. Returns are subject to fees, including but not limited to, listing fees, PayPal fees and/or restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us before buying if you have any questions concerning our return policy. Defective products must be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection. Prior to return, buyer must make contact with seller to receive an authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. All shipping expenses including duty and/or customs fees will be paid by the buyer. Make a wise choice before opening. If any item is installed or removed it is not returnable; would you want us to send you something somebody else already opened or installed?
WARRANTY
All of our products indicated as "NEW" unless stated otherwise carry a limited 30 day warranty against any manufacture defects only. Warranty is void for improper installation or abuse. Prior inspection is required before and warranty can be fulfilled and is at the full discretion of the seller. Any item that is marked "USED" is sold as-is unless stated otherwise with no warranty and no returns. Buyer is fully responsible for shipping any warranty item(s) back to us at their expense.
COMMUNICATION
We generally conduct email communication through the eBay messaging center. Sometimes it is necessary to contact you "outside" of the eBay messaging system through your personal email. If the item(s) was paid via PayPal, we use the email address assigned to the PayPal account. We will use this email address for any communication including, invoicing, updates and important package tracking information. If we see any concerns with your order we will notify you. If we do not receive any replies within 5 days we reserve the right to cancel your order.
PAYMENTS
Full Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. We offer the following methods of payment.
PayPal
We accept and prefer Paypal payments. When PayPal is used as the method of payment, the owner of that PayPal account and the associated email address to that PayPal account is automatically the default means of email communication as they are the ones actually paying us. We will use this email address for any communication including, invoicing, updates and important package tracking information.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
eCheck payment
Like a regular paper check, an eCheck may take 3-5 work days to clear. The time it takes to clear is more time added to process your order.
Checks
Personal or Business checks are subject to prior approval. Please contact us before purchasing if you plan on paying by check. All funds must clear before any order(s) will be shipped and will cause a delay in receiving your item(s).
FEEDBACK
Feedback is important to us as we know it is to you. We always leave great positive feedback shortly after payment has been received and appreciate your positive feedback. In the even you have a problem or issue with your order, please contact us first before leaving any neutral or bad feedback, it doesn't help anybody.
CORES and CORE CHARGES
Some of our items have an "Industry Standard" Refundable Core Charge which is clearly listed when an item is being sold on an "Exchange" basis. The core value is not added in the price listed because some of our customers prefer to send us their cores first to avoid the refundable core charge(s). The core charge is a separate charge and the customer has 2 convenient options to handle the core exchange:
Option 1
: The customer can pay the additional core charge(s) up front and we will ship their order without delay and refund the Refundable Core Charge(s) once we have received their core(s) and verified they are rebuildable.
Option 2
: The customer can send their core(s) to us prior to us shipping out the exchange item(s) as a convenience and we will ship their order once we have received their core(s) and verified they are rebuildable which may take up to Two Weeks after we receive your cores.
If the customer chooses "Option 1" their core charge is refundable after we receive a "rebuildable core" from that customer. After the core is received, we fully inspect the core(s) to make sure it can be rebuilt and be sold as an exchange again; this also applies to "Option 2" as far as the core received must be rebuildable. However long it takes the customer to pay the core charge or until we receive the core and inspect it (Option 2) is that much longer before we ship the item(s). If the customer chooses "Option 2" it is their responsibility to track the shipped core(s) and notify us when it is delivered to us because we may not notice a particular shipment coming in due to high volume. If you are not comfortable with any of the "industry standard" core charge terms please do not purchase.
