Netsuke hand carved boxwood animal collectible Man holding octopus marked Ebisu?
This lovely vintage carved boxwood netsuke stands about 1.5 inches,  The man is holding onto an octopus with his right hand on his back and carrying a smaller octopusin a basket with his left hand.  This figure may possibly be depicting Ebisu, one of the 7 lucky gods. the two creatures featuresblack glass eyes. The cord holes on on his back..There not an etched artisan's mark but there is an identification sticker on the bottom (see last pic).  I have tried to take as many pics as allowed in two types of light, but feel free to ask for additional pics if desired.
