Netsuke hand carved boxwood animal collectible Rabbit marked 1.25" x 1.75"
This lovely vintage carved boxwood netsuke Rabbit stands about 1.25 inches by 1.75 inches long,  His cord holes are on his right back leg on the base. The rabbit appears to be scratching an itch or grooming itself.  His eyes present as red but hollow. The maker's mark is very cool on this piece (see last pic), but I do not see an etched artisan's signature on this netsuke.  The pictures make this rabbit look like two different pieces but they are the same piece! I have tried to take as many pics as allowed in two types of light, but feel free to ask for additional pics if desired.
