This opalescent Sparrow from Sabino France would be perfect if it were not for the world's smallest chip on the base.  It is highlighted by a red circle on the 4th photo.
Marked with foil label and scratch mark.
It is 2 1/8 inches high, 2 3/4 wide and 3 deep.
